AQUA SPIN . . . IS IN
Enjoy a stress free ride. This training is good for the joints and lower back while providing a total body, low impact, workout! Training on a Hydrorider stationary bike is a comfortable means of resistance and cardio exercise along with the enjoyment of indoor group exercise. Water shoes are required for this class.
-----------------Hydro Rider Bike

Aqua Spin is a fun and unique group exercise program offered at the Webster Aquatic Center. Classes are offered several times each week during the day and evening hours.
Aqua Spin is similar to land spinning except our bikes are IN the water. We use a special bike called a Hydrorider. The Hydrorider has a built in paddle wheel that spins as the rider peddles to create resistance. The paddlewheel is adjustable for greater or lesser resistance. In addition, the class instructor guides students through various positions on the bike and in the water to enhance the workout.
Aqua Spin takes the benefits of biking and combines them with the benefits of water exercise where the water’s buoyancy supports the joints to help limit impact and injury.  At the same time, water creates resistance for strength and endurance training.
For more information, call The Webster Aquatic Center at 670-1087. New students who have never tried Aqua SpiPerson riding the Hydro Rider Bike in Watern are invited to sample a class for free on a space available basis. Please call ahead for availability.
