In an on-going effort to connect with our community, Webster CSD employs an array of communications tools. Below are links to some of these valuable resources:
ParentSquare
Webster CSD utilizes ParentSquare, a unified communications platform that helps foster seamless connections between home and school. ParentSquare enables parents/guardians to safely access school updates, class information, calendars, volunteer sign-ups, parent-teacher conference scheduling, and more. It also provides a safe way for parents/guardians, teachers, staff, principals, district administrators, and coaches to communicate all in one place.
Stay informed and engaged by receiving notifications via email or text, and, for added convenience, download the ParentSquare app on iOS or Android. Please use this helpful guide to connect to ParentSquare. If you have any questions or require assistance please contact Joe Montemaro, director of educational technology and information/communications, at 585-216-0123.
Infinite Campus Parent & Student Portal
The Parent & Student Portal on Infinite Campus is a web-based system that provides parents/guardians and students with student attendance, student grades, bus schedules, student schedules, report cards, and New York State testing results. The Campus Backpack on the portal also contains previous report cards and additional letters and reports from the school district. Surveys and questionnaires may be found there from time to time as well. Contact icportal@webstercsd.org for account help and set-up.
Community members may sign up to receive periodic communications on important district information through ParentSquare. To sign up, scan the adjacent QR code or follow this link.
District Newsletters
Several times a year the district mails Webster CSD residents newsletters containing important information on district events and student and staff accomplishments.
ThoughtExchange
This open-ended, confidential, and easy-to-use community engagement platform is shared on the district website and through ParentSquare. Learn more about it at our ThoughtExchange web page.
The district utilizes Facebook @WebsterCentralSchools to share positive student, school, and district information with our readers. Please note, while Webster CSD shares information such as school closings on district social media, it recommends families and staff get important information of this nature from Parent/Square and the district website as they are not subject to social media algorithms.
E-flyers
This virtual backpack program enables non-profit groups and organizations in the Webster CSD community to share information on events and programs within One Webster. Approved e-flyers are shared on district social media and in the e-flyer newsletter sent to families through ParentSquare. Details on tis program may be found on the E-flyers web page.
