Please note that WCSD will begin to use a new system for facility requests late this summer for fall 2022 and beyond.
All groups or individuals including PTSA, Youth Sports Council groups, all parks and recreation departments, scouts, sport specific clubs, AAU teams, private organizations, not for profits, coaches camps, etc. are required to submit a request form.
Facilities that can be requested/rented include gyms, fields, turf/stadiums, tracks, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, auditoriums, cafeterias, libraries, classrooms, and parking lots.
Elementary schools will be available for use from 6:15 - 7:30 pm M-F during dates school is in session.
For use of aquatic facilities, please contact Ben Whipple or Brian Wilcox at 670-1087.
All requests must be submitted through the google facility request form and not to the staff at the school.
Please note that approval time can be up to 3 weeks. All users must submit insurance naming WCSD as additionally insured.
Please take the time to review the fee schedule below. Hiring of supervisors, sentries, and parking staff are determined by the event and by the WCSD staff. Fees subject to change without notice. Updated June 1 of each year.
