Facility Requests for Community Groups
10/2025 Update - Master Library is now known as Follett Software
Webster Central School District encourages community use when such use is in the public interest, does not conflict with school events, and the procedures for use are followed. Facilities must be requested prior to two weeks in advance of the use and facilities cannot be requested beyond 90 days. All facility requests must go through Master Library Schedules.
Steps to Create a User Account to request space
All facility use requests are completed online.
Step 1. Secure a certificate of insurance naming WCSD, 119 South Ave., Webster NY 14580. Specifications for certificate of insurance below.
Step 2. Create an account in Facility Schedules Software. If you are a WCSD employee requesting space for a non school event, please use a personal email.
Step 3. If your registration is successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation from info@follettsoftware.com
Step 4. Once your account is approved, you may request space. Space can't be requested within two weeks or after 90 days.

All groups or individuals, including PTSA, Youth Sports Council, parks and recreation departments, scouts, sport specific clubs, AAU teams, private organizations, not for profits, coaches camps, etc., are required set up an account and request space via Facilities Scheduling/Follett Software.
Facilities must be requested prior to two weeks and facilities cannot be requested beyond 90 days.
- Facilities that can be requested/rented include gyms, fields, turf/stadiums, pools, tracks, tennis courts, baseball and softball turfs and grass diamonds, auditoriums, cafeterias, libraries, classrooms, and parking lots.
- Elementary schools will be available for use from 6:05 - 7:30 pm M-F during dates school is in session. Middle school and high school gyms, stadiums, turfs are not available Monday - Saturday throughout the school year.
- For use of aquatic facilities, please use the Facilities Scheduling/Follett Software link. For questions about aquatics rentals, please contact Brian Wilcox at (585) 670-1087.
- All requests must be submitted through Facility Scheduling Software/Follett Software and not to the staff at the school.
- Please note that approval time can be up to three weeks. All users must submit insurance naming Webster CSD as additionally insured.
- Please take the time to review the fee schedule below. Hiring of supervisors, sentries, and parking staff are determined by the event and by Webster CSD staff. Fees subject to change without notice. Updated June 1 of each year.

WHEN WEBSTER SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED OR AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES ARE CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER EVENTS, ALL FACILITY RENTALS ARE CANCELED INCLUDING YOUTH SPORTS TEAM PRACTICES.
