Facility Requests for Community Groups

Webster Central School District encourages community use when such use is in the public interest, does not conflict with school events, and the procedures for use are followed. Facilities must be requested prior to two weeks in advance of the use and facilities cannot be requested beyond 75 days. All facility requests must go through Master Library Schedules.

Requesting Space through Master Library Schedules                              

All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a Master Library Schedules user account. You can do so by clicking HERE. A certificate of insurance naming Webster CSD additionally insured must be uploaded to proceed with account set up. Insurance specifications below. If your registration is successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Once your account is approved, you may request space.

Log in and Request Space

Once your account is created, you can begin to request space. Please remember to request at least two weeks in advance of the date(s) you want but not beyond 75 days. Please contact Jane_Laskey@webstercsd.org for assistance.

All groups or individuals, including PTSA, Youth Sports Council, parks and recreation departments, scouts, sport specific clubs, AAU teams, private organizations, not for profits, coaches camps, etc., are required set up an account and request space via Master Library/Master Schedules.
Facilities must be requested prior to two weeks and facilities cannot be requested beyond 75 days. 
  • Facilities that can be requested/rented include gyms, fields, turf/stadiums, pools, tracks, tennis courts, baseball and softball turfs and grass diamonds, auditoriums, cafeterias, libraries, classrooms, and parking lots.
  • Elementary schools will be available for use from 6:15 - 7:30 pm M-F during dates school is in session. Middle school and high school gyms are not available weeknights throughout the school year. 
  • For use of aquatic facilities, please use the Master Library link. For questions about aquatics rentals, please contact Ben Whipple or Brian Wilcox at (585) 670-1087.
  • All requests must be submitted through Master Library scheduling and not to the staff at the school.
  • Please note that approval time can be up to three weeks. All users must submit insurance naming Webster CSD as additionally insured.
  • Please take the time to review the fee schedule below. Hiring of supervisors, sentries, and parking staff are determined by the event and by Webster CSD staff. Fees subject to change without notice. Updated June 1 of each year.
