Free Meal Availability for Students During Summer

For families thinking about what their children will do for meals while school is out, the good news is that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has partnered with Greece CSD to serve free meals Monday-Friday, July 7-August 15. Breakfast will be served 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. and lunch 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Autumn Lane Elementary School, 2089 Maiden Lane, Rochester 14616. That’s food in, while school is out. The other good news is that there are no income requirements and no registration necessary. The Summer Food Program is fully funded by the USDA. Any child 18 years and younger is eligible to participate. Meals must be eaten on site. Transportation will not be provided. For more information call (585) 966-2316.
