Student Information Available for the 2024-25 School Year

Information regarding Webster CSD's students' transportation, classroom teacher assignments, and secondary schedules is now available to Webster CSD families via ParentSquare and the Infinite Campus Parent & Student Portal. If families have any questions regarding their child's information they are asked to please reach out directly to their child's school. Reviewing the following resources will help families ensure they are connected. 

ParentSquare: Webster CSD utilizes ParentSquare, a unified communications platform that helps foster seamless connections between home and school. ParentSquare allows parents/guardians to easily access school updates, class information, calendars, volunteer sign-ups, parent-teacher conference scheduling, and more, all in one place. Stay informed and engaged by receiving notifications via email, text, or telephone call and, for added convenience, download the ParentSquare app on iOS or Android.

Infinite Campus Parent & Student Portal: The Parent & Student Portal on Infinite Campus is a web-based system that enables educators, parents, and students to have access to posted information anywhere at any time. Parents/guardians can view student attendance, student grades, bus schedules, student schedules, report cards, and state testing results. New users to the parent portal, please follow this LINK for directions to activate your account.

Bus Information K-12: To view bus schedules parents will need to login into the Parent Portal or Parent Portal app and click on More > Transportation. If there are multiple students, parents/guardians can select the student from the drop down menu. Should you have any questions regarding your child(ren)’s transportation schedule, please contact the transportation department at (585) 265-3840.

Schedules Grades 6-12: Schedules for students in grades 6-12 can be accessed in the Parent/Student Portal under the Documents menu on the left hand side.

Teacher Assignments PreK-5: To view prekindergarten-grade 5 classroom teacher assignments, please visit your ParentSquare account. To view a students’ teacher in the ParentSquare app, click on the Menu button on the top left and then click on the Classes button. If you have multiple students you will be able to see the classes for all of your students.
