Plank North is so excited to present students with an additional learning opportunity - The Principals' Reading Challenge!  This school-wide program is designed to promote and develop a habit of daily reading for your child.  Reading is "brain food."  Twenty minutes of daily reading provides one of the most enriching and complex brain activities available in life.  Depending upon your child's grade level, their reading can include reading to self, reading with a partner and/or being read to.  

Copies of the reading packets and tracking calendars can be found below.  Ready...Set...READ!!!

The Google Form for students to submit their FINAL reading total for Challenge #1 will be live from Monday 10/25 until Wednesday 11/3.  You'll find this form in the links below - End of Challenge link.  Remember that you are submitting the number of DAYS you read between September 15-October 31 (47 days possible).
