Whether you're considering enrolling your child(ren) in our district or have just completed enrollment, welcome to Webster CSD! As a member of the One Webster family (seven elementary schools + two middle schools + two high schools = One Webster), we'd like to share with you some important information that we think you will find useful as in navigating our district.

School bus transportation is provided to students residing in Webster CSD who attend both public and non-public schools. The Transportation website provides forms for Child Care/Alternative Location Transportation; Private, Parochial, Charter School Transportation; Transportation Opt-out, and Transportation Opt-back-in, as well as a wealth of other information.

School Lunch

Webster CSD Food Service supports student health, learning, and well-being by providing nutritious meals and promoting healthy habits for life-long nutrition. The Food Service web page provides information on menus and snack restrictions, free and reduced meals, snack prices, prepay options, and more.

Parent & Student PortalStudent and teacher smiling.

The Parent & Student Portal on Infinite Campus is a web-based system so educators, parents, and students have access to posted information anywhere at any time. Parents have access to view student attendance, student grades, bus schedules, student schedules, report cards, and testing results (New York State testing). New users to the parent portal, please follow this link for directions to activate your account.

ParentSquare

Webster CSD utilizes ParentSquare, a unified communications platform that helps foster seamless connections between home and school. ParentSquare allows parents/guardians to easily access school updates, class information, calendars, volunteer sign-ups, parent-teacher conference scheduling, and more, all in one place. Stay informed and engaged by receiving notifications via email or text, and, for added convenience, download the ParentSquare app on iOS or Android.
Please use this helpful guide to connect to ParentSquare, which will be the main resource for communications between home and school. If you have any questions or require assistance please contact Joe Montemaro, director of educational technology, at 585-216-0123.

HealthBoy running.

The health and welfare of our students is paramount to us. The District Health Office web page offers information on everything from immunizations and physical exams to injury/activity restrictions and medications. It is also where you can find forms for physical exams, medications, and more.

Calendars

There's always a lot going on in our district. A great way to keep track is to visit the District Calendar web page. This is where district-wide and important district events are located, everything from the first day of school to the last and everything in between! You can tailor it to view by week or month and which school(s) you wish to follow. Plus, there are links at the bottom of the page where you can download the current school year's WCSD School Calendar, Board of Education Calendar, and Rotation Days Calendar.

Code of ConductGirl talking into microphone.

The Code of Conduct is reviewed annually by the Webster CSD Board of Education. All staff, students, and visitors to the district are expected to comply. You can learn more and download a copy on the District Policies, Regulations, and Code of Conduct web page.

WonderCare

WonderCare is Webster CSD's paid before and after school program for students in grades K-6 and offered at each of our seven elementary schools. It also offers WonderDays, non-school day programming that takes place on half days, superintendent's days, and many school breaks (with the exception of summer) for an additional fee. Learn more about WonderCare and WonderDays here.
