Visitor Aware

As part of Webster Central School District’s ongoing commitment to building safety and security, all district schools utilize Visitor Aware to manage building access and Elementary dismissals. This system enhances safety by efficiently verifying visitor identities, screening against registered databases, and maintaining accurate digital logs of who is in our facilities at any given time. Parents and/or guardians are required to create an account for Visitor Aware for building access and Elementary dismissals. 

Self-Registration Process: 
This program allows you to register as a visitor prior to entering the building. This step will need to completed one time and can completed from any device.

Once you register using your cell phone number as your contact, you will be sent a QR code. We recommended saving your QR code in the camera roll of your phone for easy access.

Dismissal Process:

When an elementary parent, guardian, or designated pick-up person arrives for dismissal, you will be asked to present the Visitor Aware QR code for your child. A staff member will scan the QR code to check you in. Once your child arrives at the vehicle, the staff member will mark them as released.

Parents must make daily dismissal changes by 12:00 pm for full day classes and by 9 am for 1/2 day classes.  If you need to make a change after this time, please contact your child's Main Office.
