One Webster Students Represent Monroe Delegation at PRHYLI Conference

Congratulations to Claudia B., Engely C., Jaeden C., Kyara M., and Lukas V.!

These outstanding One Webster students represented the Monroe Delegation at the 2026 Angelo Del Toro Puerto Rican/Hispanic Youth Leadership Institute (PRHYLI) Conference in Albany. During the intensive three-day event, they: toured the NYS Museum, attended conferences focused on the emerging impact of artificial intelligence, debated four active bills on the floor of the New York State Assembly Chamber at the Capitol building, and connected deeply with their Hispanic heritage and built lasting relationships with students from across NY State. A special shout-out to the students who went above and beyond, holding speciality roles during the mock Assembly session on the Assembly floor! Your dedication and leadership skills are inspiring.

We are proud to have all of you represent our community!
