Webster CSD PreK Openings

Webster CSD Prekindergarten currently has some openings for the current school year!

Children have the opportunity to study and develop in a secure, caring environment thanks to our skilled teachers and play-based curriculum. Our preK program is designed for 4-year-olds not eligible for kindergarten who reside in our district. Webster CSD is pleased to offer full-day (five hours) and half-day (2.5 hours) options. Transportation is not part of this state-funded program.

The play-based program engages students in social and emotional skills with a heavy emphasis on communication. The full-day program is housed in all seven of the district’s elementary schools and in our high schools - Webster Schroeder and Webster Thomas - plus child care partners. Half-day program is also available at STARS preschool. Locations are determined by the lottery and according to the child's home catchment for kindergarten.

The preK program is five days a week, Monday - Friday, and follows the Webster CSD school calendar. When Webster K-5 students have off, preK students do not have school.
