Urban League Honors Webster Students as Black Scholars

The 45th anniversary of Black Scholars was celebrated Monday, June 3 in Rochester Institute of Technology’s Gordon Field House. Families, alumni, and the Greater Rochester community were invited to join in the celebration as the Urban League of Rochester recognized the academic achievements of this year’s Black and Brown Scholars.
 
Among those honored were Webster Schroeder High School seniors William B., Dylan B., Lauren C., Ethan G., Corintia G., Gavin H., Charlotte H., Ayden J., Anthony L., Chelsea P., Khadeeja R., James S., Mariah W., and Marquez W., and Webster Thomas High School seniors Harmony A., Maxwell B., Annabelle F., and Lauryn W. Congratulations Warriors and Titans!
 
They, and each of more than 600 honorees, are graduating students who have maintained a B average or better throughout their high school career.
