Take Young Child Census Now; Dates Set for Kindergarten Registration

There are a few important events upcoming for parents of incoming kindergarteners and parents of younger children.

If you have children residing in your household who are birth to 5 years old, please complete a brief census now that will be used to help forecast student enrollment.

Follow this link to go online now! This census will close January 10, 2020, and there will be no follow-up postcard reminder.  Please share this information with your friends and neighbors with small children.

Parents of incoming kindergarteners in the 2020-21 school year, mark your calendars! Parent Orientation and Registration Night is Monday, January 27, 6:00-7:00 p.m. at your student’s school. This is the first opportunity to register your child for kindergarten.  Take all of your paperwork with you to this meeting.  Additionally, have your calendar ready to sign-up for kindergarten screening.

Walk-in registration is January 28-31. If you are unable to attend the orientation meeting, register on these days at your child’s school during school hours. Take all of your paperwork with you.  Additionally, have your calendar ready to sign-up for kindergarten screening.
