Development of the Webster Central School District budget is a comprehensive and deliberate process. The Board of Education, Superintendent of Schools Carmen Gumina, Assistant Superintendent for Business Brian Freeman and the Budget Advisory Committee all work together to create a budget that reflects the academic and financial values of the community and that is structured to support all aspects of the instructional program. In addition, the budget is to support the maintenance of district facilities and the management of non-instructional resources to ensure the safety of all students, staff and community.

All meetings are located in conference room B of the District Administrative Offices, 3rd floor of Spry Middle School. Start time for all meetings is 5:15 pm. Meetings are expected to last an hour.
