Fourth on the evening's line-up, Webster Marching Band starts its engine and sets its destination out west as the marchers trailblaze their way through the interstates connecting different parts of our coutnry supported by the musical selection "Ride". This high energy tour de force showcases the band's saxophones.

As on any long trip, breaks are needed along the way. Whether it's a rest stop or scenic overlook, it's always good to relax and take in the views. Richard Saucedo's "With Each Sunset" is a haunting ballad surrounded by warm tones, flourishing woodwind moments, and evokes the perfect musical setting for this relaxation moment.

Watch out, traffic and construction ahead! "City Life" by Steve Reich features the Webster Marching Band's entire percussion section as the band gets stuck in Chicago in the niddle of traffic, construction, rush hour follies, and more.

They're almost home as the band powers through the last leg of its hourney with Jay Bocook's "Headrush". It all comes together with a powerful impact moment in the last rush to their destination.

So come along on this adventure with the Webster Marching Band as it travesl coast to caost with "The Journey"!

Other bands performing October 5 include LeRoy, Falconer-Frewsburg, Greece, Medina, Lancaster, and Victor.
