WCSD Marching Band Boosters & Henderson Ford Announce Car Giveaway for the Class of 2019!

Attention, Class of 2019!

Webster Marching Band Boosters, Inc. and Henderson Ford are celebrating the fourth year of giving away a NEW CAR! This year, it's a 2019 Ford Fiesta that will be given to one deserving Webster high school senior from Webster Schroeder or Webster Thomas high schools' Class of 2019, along with one $500 and one $250 cash prize, based on qualifications all aimed at keeping students focused on their education. 

The seven month registration period runs now through May 6, 2019, and seniors have the opportunity to register nine (9) times for the car drawing that will take place between May 6 – June 15, 2019. Students may register for: passing quarterly report cards (one per quarter, quarters one through three); 0 unexcused absences and five or less tardies (one per quarter, quarters one through three); involvement in a school team or school sponsored club (one entry for 2018-19 school year); teacher recommendation for academic excellence (one entry for 2018-19 school year); and parent recommendation describing their child's efforts for academic excellence (one entry for 2018-19 school year). These nine possible registration opportunities align with the Webster School District's C.A.R.E. rubric: Cooperation, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
