SparX logo
One Webster's SparX 1126 FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics Team has an immediate need for interested adult engineers and team mentors from our community. Potential engineers and team mentor volunteers should have a degree in electrical, mechanical, or software engineering and/or a related career path.

SparX is also in need of mentors who would enjoy working on community outreach tasks including material donations and fundraising for the team. No degree required.

Volunteers will guide this talented group of high school students through the creation and construction of a robot that will compete in local and regional FIRST challenges.

If you are interested in serving as a SparX engineer or mentor, please contact SparX advisors David_Schenk@webstercsd.org or Carol_Milton@webstercsd.org. For more information about SparX, visit GoSparX.org.
