Community Invited to Take Part in Budget ThoughtExchange
As January begins, Webster CSD is in full planning mode to prepare the 2022-23 district budget that will be up for a community-wide vote on Tuesday, May 17.
The district welcomes feedback from all stakeholders when planning a budget for a school district that serves 8,100 students and 1,500+ staff members. Knowing the feedback of our community will help us develop a budget that reflects our community's thoughts and input for our students.
You may recall that the district began using ThoughtExchange earlier this year. Thought Exchange is a collaborative, online discussion platform that is used to gain insights and feedback from our community as we make decisions that impact all of us, including a proposed budget for next year. As a reminder, participation is voluntary and thoughts are shared, but one's identity is kept confidential. All participants may also view and objectively rate others’ feedback.
Please consider participating in the district’s latest ThoughtExchange by clicking HERE to answer the question: What are the most important things to consider as we begin to plan for our upcoming budget?
This exchange closes on Monday, January 31, so please don't delay in sharing your thoughts.
We look forward to your feedback. Thank you for your continued collaboration as we plan for the 2022-23 school year.
