What is the purpose of PBIS?
Schoolwide PBIS is a broad range of systemic and individualized strategies for achieving important social and learning outcomes while preventing problem behaviors with all students.
The purpose of the Webster Schoolwide PBIS program is to establish and maintain a safe and effective school environment that maximizes academic achievement and behavioral competencies for all students.
Titans
As a result of a survey done by our Student Government representatives, we consider our students to be Titans. We will be using the following logo as an identity marker for the Willink Titans:

This year, we will be using the CARE (Cooperation, Accountability, Responsibility, Excellence) acronym to teach students about our expectations in the building.
