Two additions were added in the 1950's. Newest addition in 1994. Closed 1984-1994. Reopened in September 1994 as a 7-9 middle school. During the 2000-2001 school year, the cafeteria and gymnasium were expanded, two multipurpose were addded, and a wing of thirteen new classrooms has been built. The building now houses 1000 students in grades 6-8. Heterogeneous teaming is done at grades 6-8. The team of teachers consists of math, English, social studies, science, reading, and consultant special education teacher.
