Klem Road South is an elementary school that serves students in grades K-5. The school opened in 1971 as a result of expansion in Webster. To accommodate more growth, a wing was added in 1993.

At Klem South we work toward delivering an academically rigorous program in a nurturing environment. The K-5 instructional program is based on the New York State Standards and Benchmarks. Teachers use the Standards as they plan their instruction in all academic areas. Children who are at risk of not meeting the Standards are eligible for intervention services. Webster Schools have recently put energy and personnel into giving children more support in reading and writing at the kindergarten through second grade levels to ensure school success.
