Would you like to get more involved in 2010?
The Community Art Day Committee meets 4 times between January and April to plan this great community event! If you are looking for a volunteer opportunity then you must consider:
Treasurer Apprentice
Two of our three treasurers are retiring after this year. Learn from the best by getting involved now. Track income and expenses, prepare financial reports, manage checking account and coordinate start-up and event money.
Concessions Apprentice
Our concession coordinator would like to work with you this year and pass the torch next year. Coordinate donations from the community, order concessions and manage the concessions table, snack and drink carts, as well as the popcorn sale at CAD.
Plant Sale
Buy spring plants from local retailers at a discounted price, and sell at Community Arts Day. A great way to get into the spirit of Spring!
Nurse
Licensed Nurse to enjoy the day at CAD, taking blood pressures, handing out band-aides and being available in case of AED emergency.
For additional opportunities and more information, contact Monica Kraft at mkraft4u@rochester.rr.com or 216-2040 today! Our next meeting is February 1st.
