The Webster Central School District encourages community use when such use is in the public interest, does not conflict with school events, and the procedures for use are followed. 
Facilities must be requested prior to two weeks and facilities can not be requested beyond 75 days.

REGISTER FOR A NEW ACCOUNT TO REQUEST SPACE IN WCSD                                 

All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a Master Library Schedules user account. You can do so by by clicking HERE. A certificate of insurance naming WCSD additionally insured must be uploaded to procede with account set up. Insurance specifications below. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Once your account is approved, you may request space.

Once your account is created, you can begin to request space. Please remember to request at least two weeks in advance and that requests can't be made beyond 75 days. Please contact Jane_Laskey@webstercsd.org for assistance.

All groups or individuals including PTSA, Youth Sports Council groups, all parks and recreation departments, scouts, sport specific clubs, AAU teams, private organizations, not for profits, coaches camps, etc. are required set up and account and
request space via Master Library.

Facilities must be requested prior to two weeks and facilities can not be requested beyond 75 days. 

  • Facilities that can be requested/rented include gyms, fields, turf/stadiums, pools, tracks, tennis courts, baseball and softball turfs and grass diamonds, auditoriums, cafeterias, libraries, classrooms, and parking lots.

  • Elementary schools will be available for use from 6:15 - 7:30 pm M-F during dates school is in session. Middle School and High school gyms are not available weeknights throughout the school year. 

  • For use of aquatic facilities, please use the Master Library link. For questions about aquatics rentals, please contact Ben Whipple or Brian Wilcox at 670-1087.

  • All requests must be submitted through Master Library scheduling and not to the staff at the school.

  • Please note that approval time can be up to three weeks. All users must submit insurance naming WCSD as additionally insured.

  • Please take the time to review the fee schedule below. Hiring of supervisors, sentries, and parking staff are determined by the event and by the WCSD staff. Fees subject to change without notice. Updated June 1 of each year.

WHEN WEBSTER SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED OR AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES ARE CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER EVENTS, ALL FACILITY RENTALS ARE CANCELLED INCLUDING YOUTH SPORTS TEAM PRACTICES.
