State Praises Webster's Individual Student Interventions: Elementary Level

Last spring Schlegel Road School was recognized as a “Validated Practices” school by the New York State S3TAIR Project for its use of "Grand Rounds". S3TAIR, Supporting Successful Strategies to Achieve Improved Results.
All seven elementary schools have been using the process and Webster has applied to be a model district.

The Webster Community is cordially invited to preview the 2010 Webster High School Marching Band show, "Route 66" on Friday, September 10 at 8:00 p.m. The show will be performed in the Webster Schroeder parking lot .... bring your lawn chair and enjoy a wonderful show! Admission is free.

Board of Education sets 2010 Tax Rate

The Webster Central School District Board of Education set tax rates for the 2010-11 fiscal year at its August 9, 2010 meeting. The rate for homes in the Town of Webster is $22.53/$1,000 of assessed value, an increase of 2.19% over the previous fiscal years. Tax rates for the other 3 towns that comprise the Webster Central School District are as follows:

NY-ALERT is an automatic notification process that notifies registrants when a moderate or high-risk sex offender moves into an area of interest to them. Notifications are sent by e-mail, text message, fax or telephone when a sex offender moves within a certain radius (quarter-mile to 25 miles) of the registrant's home.
